Jim please post any website help questions in the appropriate board. See the forums help board. I would have missed this all together if I hadn't read the whole thing.

What kind of problems is he having? Is it because he forgot his password or username? Did he read the "login help" article I made on the front page of the site? Here is the link in case someone missed it.

it was a 2 part topic.

matthias said he tried the help section you provided but nothing seemed to work. i think it is similiar to the problem i also had when our site was changed to the new host and you had to make some changes.

wonder if some of our former regulars are having the same problem as well.

There are no site issue I'm aware of. Without him saying he has a specific issue I'm affraid I can't be much help. What's the error message he is getting. Does he remember his password and username?

I troubleshoot PC issues for a living.
I bet a Coffee that it's his cookies which aren't turned on.
Yeah like Jeff said Get him to post the error message and I will see what I can do.
